Darling Completes 100 Days

Young Rebel Star Prabhas’ ‘Darling’ has crossed the 100 days mark in 15 centres.

Darling is BVSN Prasad's second film with Prabhas after the hugely successful Chatrapathi. "I would like to thank the audience and fans for the successful run of the film. The huge success of it has reassured our belief in the script. It fared well despite competition from various big flicks. The highlights of the film are the fine performances by the lead pair and the direction by Karunakaran," said BVSN Prasad. The movie was produced under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra India Pvt. Ltd. Besides the chirpy screenplay, music by GV Prakash has also worked positively for the movie.

‘Darling’ is a youthful subject with good dose of comedy and other cinema elements. The movie also had Tamil actor Prabhu doing Prabhas’ father role. The movie was shot in exotic locations of Switzerland and in beautiful location of Araku.

‘Darling’ was released in April 23rd and was welcomed by the audience in a grand way.

Prabhas - Dasarath Film Completes Third Schedule

Prabhas's upcoming movie directed by Dasarath and produced by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations with Kajal Aggarwal and Tapsee as heroines, has completed its third schedule in Hyderabad, Ahobilam and Malaysia.

The unit of this untitled movie will be moving to Australia in August to can the fourth schedule. The fifth schedule will be shot in in September and October at Hyderabad and Pollachi in TamilNadu. With this, the shooting will be over.

"This is our 12th film on our banner and we are planning to release it by year-end. It is a tailor-made role for Prabhas," producer Dil Raju said to the media in Hyderabad.

Billa, Ranga and the Fantastic Cars

If anything caught my attention in Prabhas's Billa other than Prabhas, his designer costumes, his action packed performance etc.,( and of course a great looking Anushka), it's all those Ferraris, Jaguars, BMWs and Benzs in the movie. I'm sure no other Telugu movie so far has used this many fantastic cars, mighty, magnificient, mean machines as stunning as the man behind those wheels. Well, here are some cars used by Prabhas in the movie.

(Some of you may think i'm downright crazy, but how else can i kep my blog unique and to give you info which you can't get elsewhere? Ofcourse these things interest me and since they're connected with Prabhas, i take that extra time to find out more)

I was thinking that this was a ferrari but couldn't find it out. Thanks to the 'anonymous' soul who has informed that this car is actually a Mitsubishi GTO. The Mitsubishi GTO is a sports car built by Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors between 1990 and 2001. It was also known as the Japanese Ferrari.

Here comes the interesting part. This black car is a Skoda Superb and it 'was' Prabhas own car which was used in the movie. Yeah.. Prabhas has got himself a new BMW X5 now.
