Shooting Spot - Saregamapadanisa Song (Raghavendra)
The Song Saragamapadanisa from Raghavendra (2003) has been shot in Munich, Germany. The song has been picturised in three major spots in Munich - The Hofgarten (Court garden), The Munich Olympic Stadium and the Nymphenburg Castle.

The opening scenes of the song have been shot at the Hofgarten (Court Garden), a garden in the center of Munich, Germany, located between the Residenz and the English Garden. The Green domed Gazebo in the center of the garden is a pavilion for the goddess Diana, built in 1615 by Heinrich Schön called the DianaTempel. The second screenshot shows the interior of the Dianatempel.
The tall domed building seen in the background in the first two screenshots is the Theatinerkirche Church. The building in the last screenshot is the Bavarian State Chancellary building (Bayrischstaatskanzlei) at Hofgarten.

The second part of the song has been shot at the Munich Olympic Stadium. The stadium was built as the main venue for the 1972 Olympics. The stadium was designed by German architect Günther Behnisch and was made of plexi glass and steel cables and was designed to imitae the Alps.

Shooting Spot - Adugulona Song (Raghavendra)
The Song 'Adugulona' from Raghavendra (2003) has been shot in Vienna, Austria. Vienna is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Austria. Let's now move on to the song locations.
The above scenes were shot at the Red Army Monument or the Soviet War Memorial in Vienna more formally known as as the Heldendenkmal der Roten Armee (English: Heroes' Monument of the Red Army) is located at Vienna's Schwarzenbergplatz and was built to commemorate 17,000 Soviet soldiers who fell in the Battle for Vienna of World War II.

The above scenes were shot at the St.Charles Church (German: Karlskirche). The church, finished in 1739 by his son Joseph Emanuel Fischer von Erlach, was built as the result of a vow taken by Emperor Charles VI during a plague epidemic. The church is consecrated to the patron saint of the Habsburg emperor, Saint Charles Borromeo.
The sculpture seen in the foreground is the 'Hill Arches' by English Sculptor Henry Moore. It was presented to the City of Vienna by artist himself in 1978.

This scene is shot at the 'Haas Haus', a building in the postmodernist style designed by the Austrian architect Hans Hollein and completed in 1990. The building is considered controversial owing to its contrast with the adjacent St.Stephan's Cathedral where a couple of scenes were also shot. Check these screenshots.
The scenes have been shot closely, so all you can see is the dark walls. In the image below (where i have marked in red boxes) you can find the exact places where the above scenes were shot. A couple of shots towards the end of the song have also been shot here.

The above scenes were shot at the Natural History Museum, Vienna. The museum building opened in 1889 at the same time as the Kunsthistorisches Museum. The two museums have identical exteriors and face each other across Maria-Theresien-Platz. The statue where a few shots have been picturised is the Maria Theresa Statue.
