Watching Prabhas’ Baahubali brought out the inner child in Jackie Shroff

The upcoming action thriller 'Saaho' will see Jackie Shroff playing a bad guy. This is the first time that the actor is sharing screen space with 'Baahubali'-actor Prabhas. When Jackie was recently asked about his role in the movie, he refused divulge the details, but said that he was extremely excited to be a part of the project. 

He also enjoyed working with Prabhas, whose Baahubali brought out the inner child in Jackie. In a recent interview, Jackie recalled the time he saw the film standing in the aisle and was awestruck. The actor felt that working in 'Saaho' with the same production house triggered a similar feeling. Besides being a great team, they were great hosts.

Keeping Prabhas’ pan-India appeal in mind, besides Hindi, the movie has also been shot Telugu and Tamil. The film is likely to clash at the box office with 'Mission Mangal' and 'Batla House' when it hits the screens on August 15. Besides Prabhas, Shraddha and Jackie, the film also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Chunky Panday in pivotal roles. However, Jackie will have another big-ticket release next Friday (June 5) when 'Bharat' hits the screen. The Salman Khan-starrer also features Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani and Tabu.

UV Creations to makes an official announcement about Saaho’s music

It is a known fact that musician trio, Shankar Ehsaan Loy cordially parted ways with the makers of Saaho showing how things can be done professionally. Now, the latest we hear from the makers is that they are working on the music which will appeal to pan India audience.

The production house, UV Creations say that the audience will be updated soon with more details about the music album of the film. Saaho is one of the most anticipated films and is being shot in three languages Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, simultaneously.

The action thriller also has Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Panday, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arun Vijay and Murali Sharma in key roles. The film releases on August 15th, 2019.

Ever since Saaho’s makers unveiled a couple of new posters without the crediting the original music composers Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy, there have been speculations that the Bollywood trio is no longer part of Saaho. Confirming the buzz, the trio recently made an official announcement saying that they had exited the project as the makers are planning to rope in several composers to score the songs.

Since then, there has been a non-stop buzz on the composers who will be scoring the film’s soundtrack. Already, popular music composers like Ghibran and Pritam have been doing the rounds. Young Tamil composer to join Saaho?

All eyes are on Young Rebel Star Prabhas’ highly-anticipated action thriller, Saaho. The film is scheduled to hit screens on August 15 as an Independence Day treat. A couple of posters that were released by Prabhas on his Instagram have raised the expectations.

Even as the makers have wrapped up the film’s talkie part and are yet to can a couple of songs, Saaho has received an unexpected jolt. Bollywood music composers trio Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy reportedly exited from the film due to reasons unknown. The trio has composed three songs and two more songs are yet to be recorded.

Now, the latest buzz is that young Tamil music composer Ghibran, who has scored two brilliant soundtracks for Saaho’s chapter 1 and chapter 2 making videos, may be asked to compose the two remaining songs. Ghibran shares a close rapport with Saaho’s director Sujeeth ever since he had scored music for Sujeeth’s debut film, Run Raja Run. Let’s wait for an official announcement.

Salman Khan not playing a cameo in ‘Saaho’, clarifies Sujeeth

There were reports of Bollywood Super star Salman Khan making it to the cast of the upcoming Prabhas starrer Saaho. But the film’s director Sujeeth Reddy has clarified that he is not part of the project and was not even approached by the team.

Sujeeth revealed it in a recent interview. He said that the shooting of Saaho is currently in its final leg of shooting and he also requested that don’t believe in rumours of Salman is playing guest role in the film.

Saaho is a trilingual action entertainer written and directed by Sujeeth Reddy. This project marks the Telugu debut of Shraddha Kapoor, who has paired up with Prabhas for the first time. The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Arun Vijay, Evelyn Sharma, Mandira Bedi, Mahesh Manjrekar, Jackie Schroff, Vennela Kishore, Sasha Chettri and among others. Upon completing Saaho, Prabhas will return to the sets of his next project with director Radha Krishna Kumar of Jill fame.
