This was one work which i was wanting to do for quite some time. When i changed my blog design a few months back, most of my older posts had gone haywire. The images, text and links got jumbled and presented a picture of neglect. Further many of the movie download links, song video links etc had been dead. I had been on this work for the past three weeks and now i have updated the blog fully, right from the first post made on March 2008. More than 150 posts have been updated and recompiled. I have also added a few new features to my blog for easy navigation.
A BRIEF ON THE UPDATES AND NEW FEATURES
All older posts have been recompiled. They are now neat and presentable.
All dead movie download links have been replaced with new working links. Multiple options for downloads included. Song videos and audios have been freshly uploaded to Fileserve (which doesn’t ask for a waiting time between downloads). Alternate links given wherever available.
Single page links now available for online movies, movie downloads, audio downloads, video downloads, song lyrics and events and functions. All the individual pages are now linked to these Main Pages.
If you had noticed, i now post multiple images in a gallery format ( I have started using windows live writer). The gallery contains only small sized thumbnails which is linked to the full image. This is to save on the page loading time. The gallery format has been extended to many of my earlier posts. I will however be extending it to all posts under the Events and Functions label soon.
Almost all images and links will open in a new tab/window. No need to right click to open in a new window. This way your main page stays where it is.
You can now access many of the main posts – movie updates, webnews on prabhas, events and functions, online movies, movie, audio & video links main pages etc directly from the SLIDE SHOW BOX on the top of my Blog.
THE MANY FIRST'S OF THIS BLOG
It’s not my habit to boast of things i do, but i just wished to share a few things about this blog, about the posts on Prabhas which this blog was the first to do.
EVENTS AND FUNCTIONS
This is one thread which i am very proud of doing for Prabhas. I had/seen a lots of pictures of Prabhas (not movie stills) which i didn’t know about – which occasion was it, when was it taken etc. I searched a lot on the net (my special thanks to idlebrain where i found a lot about these stills from among their massive albums). My online friens helped identify a few. The first post under this label was made in September 2009 and now i have catalogued more than 125 functions/events attended by Prabhas.
SUBTITLES FOR RAGHAVENDRA AND ESHWAR
I did this for darling’s non-telugu fans, like me to understand and enjoy his movies. The DVD’s themselves did not have the subtitles and so i decided to do the subtitles myself. It was a tedious job and took me about a month to subtitle each movie. My limited knowledge of Telugu was not a big hindrance, but made the job tougher.
PRABHAS CALENDARS
I am doing this for the past three years now. Prabhas was amazed when i gave him my 2009 calendar (that was when i met him in Hyderabad on 17/5/2009). I continue to send him my calendars every year. I hope you all too like my calendars.
ONLINE MOVIES
Being a non-telugu fan of Prabhas, i wanted to get more fans for Prabhas not just in rest of India but from all over the world. The best way was to get them watch his movies (because, that’s how i became his fan – after i watched Chatrapathi on DVD). Most of the movies are uploaded in youtube and a few in dailymotion and megavideo and all with English Subtitles.
WIDESCREEN WALLPAPERS
I started doing them after noting that there wasn’t a single widescreen wallpaper of Prabhas on the net. Disappointed, i started making my own. I have lost count of how many i have done, but should be around 110 – 120. All are in 1440X900 resolution.
VIDEO SONG DOWNLOADS
I just wanted you all to enjoy his song videos just like i do. Most of these are my uploads but i have included quality links from elsewhere too.
PRABHAS MOVIE LOCATIONS
You can access these posts from the label ‘Photostory’. I am not sure how many of you liked it, but it was one post which i immensely enjoyed doing.

Wow Vasanth, you've really outdone yourself by updating this entire blog! That must have been a monumental task. Hundreds of people appreciate your time and effort in doing so. Thanks for adding subtitles to Prabhas' first two movies. Those of us on the BollyWhat forum love that and this blog. Hummm, now I need to check out sections of this blog that I didn't know existed. Again, thank you so much!!!
